Apple Cider Vinegar - ACV Peach Fizz

Fresh and fruity, our Peach ACV has a unique taste for that perfect glass of fizz. Use it like cordial, the less you use the weaker the taste. We recommend around 1tbsp to a glass.

Ingredients

1 tbsp Clearspring Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother - Peach
2 slices of Lemon - halved
2 stalks of watercress or mint (optional)
1 tbsp Clearspring Rice Malt Syrup or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
250ml sparkling water

Method

Pour the ACV into a glass. Add the rice malt syrup and mix well. Add the sliced lemon and watercress or mint.
Pour the sparking water and stir with a stainless steel or paper straw. Enjoy chilled.
