Apple Cider Vinegar - Warming Matcha ACV

Our Matcha ACV is made using our Premium Grade Matcha Powder from Japan. Mixing the Italian vinegar with Japanese Matcha creates a perfect harmony to use this as cordial. Perfect diluted with warm or cold water or mixed with a warm apple juice like in this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Clearspring Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother - Matcha & Lemon
- 250ml Organic Apple Juice
- 2 slices of Lemon - halved
- ½ tbsp Clearspring Rice Malt Syrup or maple syrup (optional)
Method
- Warm the apple juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Pour the ACV into a mug, add the rice malt syrup and mix well.
- Add the sliced lemon.
- Pour the hot apple juice and stir with a spoon. Enjoy hot.
