Sweet White Miso Houmous (Hummus)

This Classic Houmous uses our new White Sesame Tahini and has a unique Clearspring twist... Sweet White Miso and Ume Su!
Ingredients
- 2 jars Clearspring Chickpeas
- ⅓ cup Clearspring White Sesame Tahini
- 1 tbsp Clearspring Ume Su
- 1 tbsp Clearspring Sweet White Miso
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¼ cup liquid from chickpeas
Method
- Drain the chickpeas and place in a food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients along with ¼ cup of the liquid from the chickpeas.
- Puree until smooth, adding more chickpea liquid if the mixture seems too thick for your taste.
