Triplets in my Kitchen's Seaveg Crispies Bites

You’ll want to save this easy Seaveg Crispies bake recipe as it’s full of nutrients and super yummy! Plus, the kids will enjoy making this with you!
You’ll need some Clearspring Seaveg Crispies, which come in 4 delicious flavours. Original, Chilli, Ginger and Turmeric! All great on their own as a snack, or when paired with the rice and veggie bake is a hit in our house.
Ingredients
- 6-8 packs Clearspring Seaveg Crispies
- 2 carrots
- 1 red pepper
- 1 large courgette
- 1.5 cups cooked Clearspring Sushi Rice
- A little Clearspring Olive Oil
- Clearspring Sushi Rice Seasoning
- bunch of spring onions- chopped
- Clearspring Yaemon Tamari Soya Sauce
- Clearspring Gomashio (whole sesame)
- Clearspring Irigoma (toasted black sesame)
Method
- Chop up the carrots, pepper & courgette into small chunks and add to an oiled baking tray. Season and roast at 200°C for about 30 min.
- Cook the sushi rice as per packet instructions. Once cooked, season with sushi rice seasoning to taste.
- Allow both the rice and veggies to cool slightly.
- Top the veggies with the rice and pat down the rice using a spoon.
- Decorate the rice with soy sauce, sesame seeds and spring onion.
- Add a spoonful of the veggies and rice to a Seaveg Crispies and enjoy!
