How to Use

1. Bring pleanty of water to the boil. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
2. Add 80g of pasta per portion.
3. For a perfect "al dente" pasta simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute.

Delicious alternative to regular pasta

I have eaten this brand for several years now so goes without saying that I rate the product very highly. Great with my homemade coriander pesto or homemade parsley pesto.

I appreciate that I am able to collect my order personally as I do not live too far away.

All the Clearspring pastas are a staple in our house. In fact my husband now prefers them to a wheat pasta. These gluten free pastas are very satisfying with a delicious texture and taste. They do not go mushy or fall apart!

nice

for a gluten-free pasta it's really nice but it's not the real (wheat) thing so don't serve it with a simple from-the jar sauce. With a little extra sautee veg you have other textures and flavours to divert your mind from the fact that it is not the real pasta pasta :)
