I use these breadcrumbs mixed with cheese as a topping on oven baked dishes. Very fine so easy to mix with other ingredients.

chicken nuggets!

these are so fab and crisp for home made chicken nuggets - even my teenager commented how lovely they were! i dont mind the price for a healthier option.
