How to Use

1. Bring plenty of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if desired.
2. Add 80g of pasta per portion.
3. For perfect “al dente” pasta simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, simmer for an additional minute.
4. Drain through

Excellent

I would certainly buy this on taste and texture alone - it is really great to eat. However, being gluten-free and of low glycaemic index, it is an absolutley wonderful find for my wife, who cannot really eat durum wheat pasta except in very small quanitities.

Substantial and easy to digest. Easily the most delicious and healthy gluten free pasta readily available. The favourite in our household is the pea version. All are fabulous though.
