How are they made?

Our Organic Black Rice Noodles are made in Thailand by our expert family producer, using only the finest quality wholegrain brown and black rice sourced from local organic farmers. The rice grains are finely milled and blended into a noodle dough before being baked, cut and slowly air-dried. This process gives our Organic Black Rice Noodles a robust texture and delicate nutty flavour. Simply soak them in boiled water for 3 minutes, and they are ready to use.

Hands down my favourite Noodles

I just boil it and eat it like Pasta, takes only 3 min so such a big time saver and wholegrain! (just need to take it out the boiling water exactly at 3min or it can be too hard or too soft, but tastes amazing when I get it right)
