Can Clearspring SIlken Tofu be used in stir-frys?

It's a silken/soft tofu and is therefore not suitable for stir-frys.

Does Clearspring SIlken Tofu need to be refridgerated?

If unopened it does not need to be refridgerated. Simply store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refridgerated under water in an airtight container and consume within 1 day.
