Perfect Soup

This recipe for red miso soup is perfectly balanced and delicious. We find it’s best in a large mug or bowl (up to half a litre) and made with water at about 80ºC.

One of my staples

As a T2 diabetic I have had to narrow my dietary spectrum to both enjoy my food and get good nutrition. ( in that order :-))

The Clearspring Miso Soups are a daily feature, with Conjac noodles, Clearspring Sea salad, Braised tofu pieces, chilli pepper. :-)

Also adding any leftover beetroot juice or sprinklings of leftover brown rice and/or quinoa. Wonderful. Thanks Clearspring :-)

Every lunch!

Every lunch sees me open a pack of this lovely stuff, add bladderwrack Or some other seaweed), chilli powder, konjac noodles, choice of protein: Braised miso/Calamari/vegan frankfurter/vegan 'chicken' pieces.

Add scraps from last night's meal - rice, or quinoa, veggies etc

This product helps make being a diabetic vegan easy :-)
