Love this.

Great on salad together with their olive oil. Lasts ages in the fridge.

Fresh and sweet

This is a lovely vinegar. I just had a little taste and then compared it with the Clearspring apple cider vinegar which I often use in dressings. It is softer, fresher, sweeter and still has a very tasty apple finish to it. I reckon this is perfect for summer dressings and I would use it as part of a dip for fried dishes like tempura.

Lightly, cidery and delicious

Clearspring's apple balsamic is worth going out of your way to get hold of. I wanted to buy half a dozen of the larger bottles, but alas stocks are in short supply. Can be used on its own without oil. Absolutely delicious, and used sparingly, worth the price.
