So what exactly is Clearspring’s Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother?

In short, it is a naturally fermented vinegar made from organic European apples which are cold pressed into juice, then slowly matured into apple cider vinegar. The ‘Mother’ is a cloudy and complex sediment of friendly bacteria that is special to the region of Modena and enzymes which form as part of the natural process and believed to have many health benefits for the body. To enjoy it at its best, the vinegar is raw, which means it is unpasteurised and unfiltered. I have had other Clearspring products and have enjoyed them. I bought this apple cider vinegar because i was running out and decided to try a different brand that had the mother. Clearspring add healthy ingredients to their vinegar so as well as selling the plain version so I bought a selection. It looks really good but I haven't used it yet.

Apple Cider Vinegar a wonderful tonic and

I have been purchasing Clearspring raw apple cider vinegar with the mother for some time now and I do get through quite alot. Ginger, turmeric and black pepper is my go to vinegar in the range. It is warming, hot and spicy especially at this time of the year. I add it to hot water or matcha tea for an invigorating drink or simply as an addition to meals. I eat quite a number of fermented foods and this vinegar leaves you feeling wonderfully refreshed and warm as it permeates throughout the body. A great condiment to have in the store cupboard!
