  • How to make 100% Brown Rice Noodles

    Soak in freshly boiled water for 10 minutes or in cold water for 30 minutes. For soups: Add the softened noodles to the soup and simmer. In today’s time pressured society these noodles are a quick and easy way to eat well without compromising on taste. Ready to use in just 10 minutes (simply soak with no cooking required) in a range of dishes but most often used to make Pad Thai or added to stir fries. My favourite so far

I re-purchase these regularly. Love these with cottage cheese and sugar - remind me a taste of dumplings with cottage cheese filling. Something I no longer eat due to being gluten free.
