    Despite the name, buckwheat is not related to wheat. On the contrary it is one of the most versatile gluten free grains central to many international recipes from Japanese soba noodles to French galettes. Our 3rd generation producer has been milling buckwheat for over 100 years in the north of Italy. Clearspring Buckwheat Flour contains all the nutrients of the whole grain with only the inedible part of the husk removed during the milling process.

    I used this for a rhubarb crumble topping and it was great. Made some pancakes and wraps and they were so good. Highly recommend.
