How to Use

Place 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per person in a teapot. Boil fresh water and leave to cool for a minute before pouring over the tea. For the best flavour infuse for 1-2 minutes and serve.

Lovely tea

This provides the combination of sencha and matcha, so you have the fine dust of matcha as well as the leaves from sencha which makes for a lovely combination when it comes to tea.

Wonderful Tea

I have drunk many green teas over the years, having spent a lot of time in China and Hong Kong, and I know exactly what I appreciate in a good tea. This one I find to be excellent. It has the wonderful, vibrant green colour essential, I have found, for a decent green tea, and has a lovely light, slightly sweet- flavour that doesn't linger too long. I find that the vibrant colour and the tea itself, give me a real uplift. I will definitely be buying again when I run out.
