They are lovingly baked to perfection in small batches by fourth generation craft bakers in the Scottish Highlands. Each oatcake is packed with the natural flavour of wholegrain oats. Carefully selected ingredients are the secret to the delicious flavour and creamy texture of our oatcakes. A unique blend of the finest organic pinhead oats, rolled oats & oatmeal and olive oil instead of lower quality saturated fats and unrefined sea salt for a good savoury taste.

Try with tofu pâté and pickle, spread with beetroot and walnut dip, dried figs, or roughly chopped tomatoes combined with Clearspring Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic.

Great tasting!

Clearspring are my favourite Oatcakes because of their natural ingredients and great taste, but the tomato is the favourite - favourite!

A nice change of oatcakes

A pleasant variation, I switch between plain, tomato and seaweed. Clearspring are my favourite oatcakes due to flavour and ingredients.

I found them too salty unfortunately. They are also very small in size but other wise nice oatcakes.
