This classic wine vinegar is made in Italy by our artisan producer using organic grapes from the best and most flourishing regions of Italy. Slow fermentation and careful ageing in oak and larch wood barrels add subtle nuances to its complex and mellow flavour.

Very pleased with this vinegar, not as harsh as others, and from a small independent supplier.
Also excellent packaging, no polythene nor plastic parcel tape - should be a UK packaging standard
