Our Organic Black Tahini is made from the finest quality black sesame seeds, which gives it an unusual colour and add a beautiful contrasting aesthetic to your dishes. Black sesame tahini has a stronger, richer, and slightly nuttier flavour than white and whole sesame tahini.

Clearspring Organic Tahini uses the finest, carefully selected 100% organic whole black sesame seeds. The black sesame seeds are roasted and then ground into a smooth paste. Black sesame tahini have a stronger, richer, and slightly nuttier flavour than white and whole sesame tahini.

This unusual black paste brings contrast to your dishes, perfect on its own or drizzled on salads and steamed vegetables.

Enjoyable

Very pleased that this is pure Tahini so many foods seem to have additives nowadays. It certainly takes some stirring.Enjoyable ,had the Tahini spread on Clearspring Rice Cakes.

Great nutty flavour

This gives me a variety to the typical tahini, especially to my memory in Taiwan where I experienced this paste in a noodle sauce for the first time. It's really versatile in making sauces, hummus, purée and sweets. I enjoy using it.
