Handy to have on hand

It is not always possible to get the dried product, especially organically grown. I like to keep a couple of these jars handy as they are so convenient and the beans can be ready to eat in just a short while. I sauté some chopped vegetables in a little oil, then add some stock to simmer and soften them. Then add the beans to heat through and season with tamari soya sauce or miso and ginger. Season carefully as there is some sea salt in the beans already.

we wish you good year 2021!

Little pickled onions are lovely, very gentle, delicious.
Another favourite is your delicate rice cakes. It is the BEST. We tried quite a few, but this one, thin, light, no salt, with delicious rice flavour.
We haven't tried Azuki beans yet.

ps. We like your jars. All your jars have labels which are so easy to peel off when we finished eating. Just put them in water for an hour, and they naturally could come off.
So that we could use them clean for marmalade we make, jams, whatever. If you ever struggled to peel those obstinate labels you know what I am talking about!

I liked a textured of Azuki beans very much but I found it a little bit salty for me. I wanted to use Azuki beans for ZENZAI.
