Great producy

So pleased with my Mirin as my local large supermarket stopped stocking Mirin. What a lovely company to work with - new private customer and very pleased so far.

Good stuff. But

The mirin is great. Not the sugary imitations stocked in many supermarkets, full of body. BUT ... we were badly let down by DPD. Despite opting to pick up the order from a local shop (and being told it was there for me) DPD just left £100 worth of stuff on my step. I am not always at home and it could have sat there for three nights. Or been stolen. You should raise this with them. It’s totally unsatisfactory.

Store cubboard essential from now

This is a great product only wish it came in larger bottles. Will always be a on my shopping list.

Hi Des, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You may be interested to know we do stock a larger Mirin:

It's slightly different to this product though. You'll notice it is darker in colour, with a richer flavour and it is also certified Organic. The one you reviewed is one of the few products in our range that's not organic.

Hope this helps.
